Bill joined UL in 1993 and has served in a wide variety of roles from operations, engineering, quality assurance, auditing, and management. Most recently, he served as Area Manager of UL Field Engineering’s Mid-Atlantic Area where he was responsible for operations, customer outreach, and all aspects of service delivery for a five-state region. Prior to Field Engineering, Bill served as US Operations Manager for UL’s Quality Registrations Services division.
Prior to joining UL, Bill worked ten years in the Hi-Tech industry for a computer manufacturer, serving in a variety of manufacturing engineering, operations, quality assurance, and supply chain management roles.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, is a Certified Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence through the American Society for Quality, and is a UL Lean / Six Sigma Certified Green Belt.
